I paid for online training and nutrition advice with Chris and my goal was to put on some weight and build my body up muscle wise.

Chris was really helpful with his advice on the amount of exercises I should be doing in terms of reps and sets and leaving time a min or two between each exercise. Also his nutritional and diet advice was invaluable as well as what sorts of products would help me on the road to achieving my goal. Also it was great that I could contact him whenever I needed a bit of advice.

Four weeks after I started both of Chris’s exercise and nutrition plans and I have seen noticeable difference in my body muscle and weight. I am also feeling a lot more positive about achieving my goal.
