Upon completion of the consultation and assessment I will then create a specified training programme which will be focused on you as an individual achieving the goals you want to achieve.
Training will be fun and suited to your abilities taking place in the comfort of your home or local park. Equipment that I often use are; boxing gloves and pads, kettlebells, dumbbells, swiss ball, TRX and many others. This helps keep the training fresh and enjoyable.
All Personal Training includes a nutrition overview, diet recommendations and 24/7 support.
