Personal training

As a Personal Trainer my services include; fat loss, muscle gain, functional training, sport specific, Core Stability and many others.

Each new client is given a free consultation and body assessment, which include the following:

  • Height
  • Weight
  • Blood Pressure
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Body Fat %
  • Strength Assessment
  • Heart Rate Assessment
  • Measurements

Upon completion of the consultation and assessment I will then create a specified training programme which will be focused on you as an individual achieving the goals you want to achieve.

Training will be fun and suited to your abilities taking place in the comfort of your home or local park. Equipment that I often use are; boxing gloves and pads, kettlebells, dumbbells, swiss ball, TRX and many others. This helps keep the training fresh and enjoyable.

All Personal Training includes a nutrition overview, diet recommendations and 24/7 support.

Prices – 1 on 1
Single, Pay as you train sessions £35
6 Sessions £180
12 Sessions + 1 free session £360
Prices – 2 on 1
6 Sessions £250
12 Sessions + 1 free session £500
Each session lasts for 1 hour. If you would like 30 minute sessions or wish to train in a group of 3 or more, please contact me for prices.
