Starting this Sunday (4 March): BootCamp in Laindon/Basildon – Markhams Chase Field

 

People warming up for Boot CampBoot Camps are outdoor group exercise classes designed to make you lose fat, tone your muscles and improve your fitness levels.

The classes incorporate a mixture of fat burning and muscle toning exercises such as:

    • Bodyweight squats, lunges and pushups
    • Short sprint intervals
    • CORE exercise to target your abs
    • TRX Suspension Training and Kettlebells


Duration Time Cost
60 minutes Grays, Sunday at 10.00am or Laindon, Sunday at 11.30am £6 - turn up and pay on the day
