Boot Camps are outdoor group exercise classes designed to make you lose fat, tone your muscles and improve your fitness levels.
The classes incorporate a mixture of fat burning and muscle toning exercises such as:
- Bodyweight squats, lunges and pushups
- Short sprint intervals
- CORE exercise to target your abs
- TRX Suspension Training and Kettlebells
