As a Personal Trainer my job is to listen to what it is you want to achieve and then take the information I receive from you and design and develop a customised programme that will give you the results you desire.

I can guarantee that if you train with me, listen and follow my advice you will achieve the goals you desire, and in less time than if you was training on your own, a lot less!

All Personal Training includes a nutrition overview and diet recommendations.

Boot Camp Instructor

Boot Camps are outdoor group exercise classes in Grays, Thurrock designed to make you lose fat, tone your muscles and improve your fitness levels.

I run two classes a week on Thursdays and Sundays and they are available to everyone.
