Benefits of Personal Training
September 5th, 2010 // 5:22 pm @ Chris
As a Personal Trainer my job is to listen to what it is you want to achieve and then take the information I receive from you and design and develop a customised programme that will give you the results you desire.
By providing continuous support (even on the days we don’t train together) and through my fitness expertise, I will keep you moving towards your success whilst keeping a genuine concern for your exercise progress.
One size doesn’t fit all!
The programmes I subscribe to my clients are designed specifically for that person. Each person is different, in their goals and in the way that their bodies will respond to exercise. I will therefore create a unique training schedule that will get the best results out of YOU. The programme will keep on changing, just like your body will change and start to respond to exercise. This will help to keep things fresh, new, challenging and interesting and at the same time, will continue to stress your bodies muscles to maximise the the efficiency of each workout.
Motivation and efficiency
As a Personal Trainer, my role is to keep you motivated and interested in keeping fit and achieving your goal. Furthermore, I will always look to get the most out of you whilst you are training, encouraging you every step of the way in the battle to achieve your fitness goals.
I will make sure that I optimize your time when we we are together, meaning we can reach your goals quicker than if you were training alone.
Many people who train alone will not push themselves hard enough to achieve their desired results, they may not do the correct exercises or they may do them with incorrect form. By using me as your Personal Trainer, you can guarantee that the exercises you are doing are the ones that are required to gain your results.
Why train with a Personal Trainer?
Any Personal Trainer you decide to train with, should be Registered with REP’s (Register of Exercise Professionals), which is backed by the UK Government, and should be qualified to Level 3 standard. This means that they are fully qualified and have passed the required training to safely develop and deliver a Personal Training programme.
I am REP’s qualified to Level 3 Standard and make it a personal responsibility to keep up with continuous development, which enables me to learn new exercise techniques to keep my training fresh and up to date.
